Services
Movixora Logistics Pvt. Ltd. provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation and related logistics services. Specific terms for each shipment are set out in the quotation and booking confirmation.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to carrier space, tariffs, surcharges and exchange rates at the time of shipment. Rates may change if cargo details differ from those declared.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate cargo descriptions, weights, values and documentation, and ensure goods are properly packed and comply with applicable laws, including restrictions on dangerous or prohibited goods.
Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited as provided under applicable law and the terms of the relevant carriers. We recommend cargo insurance for all shipments and can arrange it on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
